Miami-Dade Schools Police Department (M-DSPD) complies with federal, State, and local regulations and provides equal access and equal employment and services on a nondiscriminatory basis to all persons seeking employment. All individuals that have already completed an approved Criminal Justice Standards & Training Commission program/academy and meet the requirements of Florida Statutes 943.13 can apply. M-DSPD prefers those applicants with prior Military Experience and/or College Degrees.
