Last week, Miami-Dade County Public Schools Vice Chair Dr. Larry Feldman, with the help of Christ Fellowship Church and Miami-Dade Schools Police, delivered dozens of Thanksgiving turkey dinners to homes in South Dade.

The Miami-Dade Schools Police Department is deeply touched by Dr. Feldman’s generosity and kindness to the community and proud of our department’s involvement led by police chief Ian Moffett.

The Miami-Dade Schools Police Department has a rich tradition of helping needy families throughout the year, especially during the holidays. Its police officers have been committed to helping those in need for many years and look forward to continuing these efforts in order to make a lasting difference in their communities.
